May want to tighten the track bar on the driver's side. I had popping and Greg Boardman suggested tightening this bolt. Put about 160 lbs on it and no more popping. HTH.

I would check the track bar first. If it is binding from not being installed correctly or worn-out ends, it will pop on when the wheel is turned. Have someone watch the track bar ends while you turn the wheel back and forth. Also check the bottom bolts on the front shocks and anything else that was taken apart for the leveling kit install. I would think that a dealership would not warranty the front end if you have a lift installed. My 1998 Ram would eat oem track bars but a moog bar would outlast several factory track bars.

I had the same problem with only 1200 miles on my truck so i took it to thu dealer and they made up some bull that it was a loose bumper rubbing something. It went away until i hot about 6000 so i took it back in and they had about 3 mechanics laying under my truck clueless in what it was so i told them to just tighten everything up and it went away im at 10,000 now. Thos guys are morons.

Well I took it to the dealer today and they said it was the track bar that it was in a bind and the steering stablizer shock had a ding in it. Then they charged me $55 to adjust the track bar and said it wasn't covered because of the "lift". I told them it wasn't a lift it was a leveling kit there is a difference. So i ended up having tyo pay. I think that is a bunch of bull that it is not covered cause of the leveling kit. Now I'm not saying they wil void warrenties cause of them this is just what they told me. They are a bunch of hillbilly wana be dodge mechanics

Ask them where they "adjusted" the track bar......it's a solid piece of steel with a vulcanized rubber bushing in each end. The only "adjustment" you could make would involve a rosebud tip and a BFH There's no adjustment on the OEM track bar. Sounds like maybe they loosened the bolt to relieve the bind and tightened it back up

Technically, a leveling kit is a lift.....front end sits +2" over factory ride height, right? You did put a spacer or a coil in there........and it's not an OEM part......
