pics of the new module,
7 left, send one to Nick for 07 testing,
they are shipped without the tape, and the one pic is how to put tape on to protect the wire.
and one pic is how they look all taped up.
the coiled condition is how they are shipped (without tape), with the CD of pics and instructions.
any more questions?

wiskey, built, tested, and shipped your 3 leg.
FWIW, i got the parts back from the failed 05 test,
i have the 50 amp relay, the 2 50 amp diodes, and the power lead and fuse,
if someone wants to do this cheap,
paypal me $20, and I will ship the parts & a "install CD" with the pics & PDF's and instructions out to you.

Great safety feature.
Gotta send you guys some "old man glasses" so you can see the colors
thanks for verifying that it works on the 2007's, that is a good deal.
for the cab/clearance/roof lights to work,
you would need a 3rd diode, reason:
the Cab lights are on all the time with park lites, and without a diode, you would have the power from the cab lights backflowing to either the fog or back up lights on a 2 leg module.
even if you tied into a 2 leg module, between the relay and the diodes,
the cab light power would still flow thru the diode, and onto to the fogs or back up lights.
Radio Shacks sells diodes that should carry enough current to light the cab lights without breaking down:

Catalog #: 276-1661
i dunno if i would want the cab lights on, i like being able to see inside the truck somewhat when i unlock it at night, would the glare from the cab lights hinder that, or just look so cool, it won't matter?
$2.49
gimme another PM if you need to know how to wire it in.

That definitely makes sense to need another diode.... I think it would look pretty cool to have the cab lights on, don't think there would be too much glare, I'll have to check...
