Need Quick Lift Kit Advice

I have 315's with stock ride hieght right now and they only rub a touch when cranked hard with factory rims, Im still not sure what they rub I can't see any marks. I just got new rims 17X10 Mazzi Hulks and the BS is 4.5, I know these are going to hang out more than the factory wheels and from what I've heard are going to rub hard (I'm still going to use 315's). I realize I have to do a lift but what is the least I can get away with?? And what kit should I go for if so, I want the factory ride, I don't want to lose ride quality or it's not worth doing for me. PLEASE help these rims are crazy and I don't want to put them on until I know they won't rub hard.

You may get away with a leveling kit.

315/70/17= about 34.33in.

The best thing to do is get a 3 in. spacer or springs, longer control arms, and trac bar bracket from topguncustomz.com

If you lift it too big it may not look right with just 315's

A lot of guys on here get away with 315's and a leveling kit, and some get by without it. My tires rub slightly on the control arms at full lock with stock rims, but I am getting a leveling kit next. You should be good with a leveling kit, but I could be wrong.

with 4.5bs you'll need 4" of lift to not hit the fenders. They would fit with the leveling kit if you and wheels with more backspacing.

I've got a 5.5 Fabtech with 35" BFG MT's on 18x10" wheels with 4.5 bs and even THEN they still rubbed. But look at my gallory, they look sooooooo nice......

If you want factory ride just get the tuff country 4" lift. it uses spacers front and rear. then buy some bilstein 5100's and you may ride nicer than stock.

So it sounds like mixed reviews about the 4.5 inch lift some say with 4.5 Inch will rub with 4.5" BS others say it will be fine. It would be nice to know kinda exactly how hard it will rub if any and where will it rub from what I can find it hits the fender and the truck would look stupid with a 6" lift just to clear 315's with nice 4.5" BS. HELP Someone who knows for SURE!!

Understand, the issue is the backspacing, and the tire size. A rim with 4.5 of bs and a 35x12.5 tire size WILL RUB even with a 5 inch lift, I don't care who you are.....

Look dude, I have 36x13.50 Swampers on 20x10 wheels with 4.5 backspacing. I ran a 3" spacer with longer control arms, and a track bar bracket and I got away without rubbing much. My tires at least 1.5" taller than my 315's were. I guarantee you can get away with this. If you plan on going any bigger than 315, get a 4 in. coil from Summit, a track bar bracket, a drop pitman arm, longer shocks, and 2in. blocks for the rear. Either will be a nice looking setup. For hardcore offroad use, I would go with the 4in. If you stay on the road, get the 3in. if you want it to look full.

I'm running a 4.5" skyjacker lift with a 16x10 wheel with 4.5" of back spacing and a 35" tire and I have no rubbing issues what so ever. When I had just the leveling kit, 35's, and wheels, I had MAJOR rubbing issues on the back of the fender.
