I always use howes and I double dose. 1 full can of seafoam on its own once a month. 1 full bottle of meaner cleaner in a tank before filter change and the recommended dosage in the summer. Then the fleetgaurd stuff after every fuel filter change. Powerservice whenever I can't find what I am actually looking for.

Please let me know your results. You might be on to something if you get that kind of mileage with your new concocksion.
Not trying to bump heads, but I think that I am going to have to call ya on this one...the most an 05' LWB can hold is 35 gallons (unless you have an aftermarket tank or a reserve) but also, your traveling would have had to been ALL 100% flat with NO changes in order to keep a steady 21.8mpg...but even then, if you do the math (799.2/21.8 = 36.6605), you would have had to of ran yourself out of fuel to get such a perfect number (unless you just took some sort of average and then guestimated the last few gallons)...just wondering, where were you running when you did this test? 22.5 is around the BEST number that I have ever seen out of my truck thus far, but it only lasted a minute or two until the grade changed EVER so slightly, then went down slowly there after and rounded off at about 19-19.5 even on the slightest grades...sorry, I was just curious how you got 800 MILES on one take

I don't know...guess I have just had MUCH different results. The emptiest I have had my truck was the overhead telling me I was 30 miles from running out (which I believe because my buddy's Chrystler Sebring told him he had 4 miles left and he just blew it off and ran out on the side of the road), then waiting about 20 more miles (leaving about a half a gallon in there), then I went and topped off and only got about 33 1/2+/- in there, no matter how much I shook the truck or tried to get the last drop out of the hose.

They have longbeds (bigger tanks) I think our shortbeds are 32 gals, and the longbeds are 35. I've put 34+ gals in my 32 gal. tank.

We have the 34 gallon tank in our SC the LB have the 35. but I got even higher MPG on the same route. I pushed 22.1 R/T. I just changed my truck over to Rotella T synthetic and change the front and rear diff with Mobile one 75/90 syn. I went a little heavy with the FPPF this tank though. I was low on the Power service. So my mix was 10 ounces of FPPF and about 4oz of Power Services.
