Modifying CP3?

I would like to modify my CP3 pump. Can I mod it myself or should I send mine somewhere or buy one thats already modified? If so where can I send mine or buy one? These are the mods I have done to the truck already..........90hp Dynomite diesel injectors, Airdog 150, Vulcan big line kit, HTT 64-13 (Killer B2) turbo, CFM intake manifold, ATS exhaust manifold, MBRP 5 inch turbo back exhaust, AEM cold air intake, Edge Hot Juice with Attitude monitor.

I'd send it out or buy one done. with the mods you have you are gonna want more than a little FCA improvement. are you done with the mods or just want to tighten up what you own?

You can do your own if you like, search for DIY CP3.If you do your own you will only get minimal gains. There is a kit from wicked diesel that is basicly a aftermarket version of the DIY mod, its called the Arson Kit. If your wanting more you can send your pump to Floor It or Darkside diesel and they will mod it for you. It all depends on what your looking for. The stocker is good to around 600 hp.

STock one is very limited at 600. So with my mods what should I go with stage 1 or 2? Also going with a smarty or PPE soon.

I agree but you can get there with the right setup. Now I see that he as DDP 90, im sure they kill his RP with the stock pump. If your not going any bigger with mods I think a stage one pump would fit the bill.

I didnt really notice any difference. When I did it I didnt have a RP gauge, so I dont know if it help out or not. But I can keep 26500, with Beta 4.3, and x2 pressure. It would also hold that pressure with my TST on 6/2 and MP8 50%. 7/2 and pressure would drop to 22500.

stage 2. A stage 1 will work, but it will drop below optimal pressure.
