MMMMMMmmmmm puRRRRdy!! HTT62/65/13ss

Got my High Tech Turbo 62/65/13 stainless in..

Looks like a pretty easy install actually!

Packaged very nice, detailed instructions, and all the needed parts/gaskets/etc seem to be included. Even a nice weather-pack jumper to terminate the electronics from the stock turbo..

I'll try to get some pictures and do a little write up when I get some time..

Nice. That's just the turbo I'm looking at. Perfect as a starter for twins. I'm interested in your report.

Are you adding an exhaust manifold?

With your skills, I'd be putting in a 2nd gen manifold with a custom air intake. Your exhaust would sound suuuuuper sweet. The 3rd gen rasp is greatly reduced, if not eliminated by the manifold and new turbo...

I went with the 65 vs the 71 cause I need/want the FASTEST spool I can get. I got her in yesterday, and yeah I'm not gonna say it was "easy" being my first turbo, as I shoulda spent more time looking at everything before just trying to "slap her in". Once in though, man, SOOOOOOOOOOO WORTH IT!!!! Exactly what I wanted!!!

I'll update the thread with pictures, tips, feedback, etc when I get some time..

Glad I was right...lol.

Now...how about a free track bar and stabilizer for pointing you in the right direction! ;-)
