The only pressure I was talking about, which should be taken into consideration, is the pressure the filter canister sees. I understand they may not take more than about 30 PSI and I plan to get a billet cover for mine.

 

If you are that worried...a second "emergency" bypass set at the max the filter canister should see would work. I don't see that ever happening with semi regular filter changes. I have yet to see more than 2 psi differential pre and post filters...no matter how long my filters have been in there.
