Thanx to 53 ****** I have some good photos and tips. I got it off of e-bay, it was from a company called ETR Diesel.

I like the mods 53 did with the Vulcan straw & elbow with the gauge sender. Who is running it as it came out of the box with no 1/4 tank fuel starvation issues?

Thanx.

I did the Fass install, and when the fuel light comes on, then i need to get diesel ASAP. I can go past 1/4 with no probs.

Mark is yours? You posted about being able to see 0psi? So under a 1/4 tank does your rig run fine, but your fuel pressure seems low or fluctuates? I've been wodering since you posted about seeing 0psi?

when I installed the AD I let my tank get LOW!!! (DTE said 50miles) there was maybe 1" of fuel in the bottom of the tank..lower then I would EVER let it get for normal driving..then when I turned the key on to prime the system it sucked even more of the fuel from the bottom of the tank..the DTE started to FLASH!!! "LOW FUEL"...the gauge needle was resting on the "E" pin!!!! when I drove to fuel up I was able to get the FP to fluctuate on the hills by the shop...it would read "0" psi for a 2-3 seconds then it would bounce back to 18psi......the truck NEVER stumbled or died..not even a little....to me this is perfect....I never run the fuel tank that low and if I am not getting the truck to stumble or stall then I am happy.....
