Question Swapping FASS 150 for AirDog 150

Hey guys just a couple questions. I have a FASS 150 on my truck no. It has been giving me grief for quite a while now and may be part of the reason I cannot maintain pressure at my CP3.

My question is, Will I be able to just drop the FASS system and reinstall the AirDog in its place? Will I have to use all the lines that came with the AD? I am running a big line kit on the FASS as it is. Any help or tips anyone can give would be great.

I am going to yank the FASS and send it in for warranty. Most likely after that I will be listing it in the classifieds.

Thanks for the help.

IMO if you have a modified drawstraw installed and all 1/2" lines like you said, I couldn't see why not, just simple plug and play.

BUT if you want your lifetime warranty honored you should use the kit supplied.

I am sure they will stand behind their warranty. I have just had more problems than not with it. If I install a new LP, AD or FASS, I will have no down time while my original FASS is being fixed. Right now for the price of Air Dogs it is cheaper for me to use one of those then it is for me to have downtime and possible re-occurrences.

I understand the down time issue. It sucks not having the truck when you need it.I don't know what is going on with your Fass but its not typical.I have been running them for 3yrs now on all 3 of my Dodges and have had zero issues. If time is money then do what you need to do but if its just frustration setting in I'd wait for the warrantied Fass to return.
