Input Shaft
Hey guys i am looking around right now at a billet input shaft and flex plates. I do not remember if i saw it on a post here or someone told me but i was curious if i do purchase one should i get the input shaft first because i thought somebody told me if you do the flex plate first then you have a bigger chance of breaking your input shaft? Any input on if that is true would be great!

I would tend to agree that with a stronger flexplate you are putting more stress on your input shaft. If you're going to pull your tranny for a flexplate you should probably do the whole trans at the same time. JMHO.

There's a few other pieces that should be added in addition to those mentioned. Such as the high strength 1-2 apply lever and such... but your tranny guy should know this already.
