5spd 1-3/8" Input shaft vs 6sp Shaft
I talked to Peter a South Bend, and he told me the input shaft that I bought for my 5 spd was cryo hardened.
BUT, since I recently switched to a 6spd, I am no longer using it.
My question is, will the hardened shaft fit in the 6spd??? Do I need to change it?? Or should I just sell it??
Thanks,
Chris
BTW, the truck is 2wd, so no sled pulling. Maybe some dragging in the future, and some on road antics. Hopefully will be above 500hp in the future!

I may be interested in buying it. Can you PM me the particulars (price, etc?). Also, feel free to call me (615.210.1200). I'm leaving on vacation tomorrow afternoon, so I may not be available on the site here.
I've got a Mitchell DD that I have been trying desperately to sell (truck is in my shop with tranny in the floor). I'm not having any luck selling it, so I'm starting to look for a good price on a 1-3/8" shaft (NV-4500).
Thanks,
Andy
