how can i clean the injector if it is sticking?

 

I am thinking you should have ddp or donM look at them....

 

yeah, DDP said if the problem still exists after the new nozzles, i will have to send them the whole bodies to be tested. im hoping i dont have to end up doing that.

 

When I finally bite the bit, thats what i am doing. I willl buy the nozzles and send the injectors in to be flow tested...no need to guess if they are good...If the injector is firing and the nozzle isnt flowing wouldnt it blow up the nozzle or injector? 7K of pressure going nowhere is a bit of stress....

 

just got her all back together and i guess it was a bad nozzle cuz now shes running like a champ

 

Glad to hear your problems are fixed. What size nozzle did you go with. How the performance

 

i went with 90HP nozzles, i love them, smoke isnt bad unless i stomp on it, and the power is awesome!
