1, Use new washers. Clean out the bores as best you can. Make sure the old washers come out.
2, Put some grease on the washer, washer on the tip, install!
3, Tighten the lines at the pump, bleed at injectors.
4, Loosen the lines at the pump, remove the hold down bolts on the intake. This will let them move out of the way. Don't lose the washers from the return line. (unless you have new ones) Never-seize the holddown nut for the future.

use the new ones.

They go over the injector tip before it's inserted into the head
3. how do i bleed the injectors at the pump, or at the feed on the injector or at the return or all above or not at all...
You shouldn't have to bleed any at all. If it won't start, loosen the first 3 injector nuts untill you see fuel, then tighten them and get the second 3 if they haven't already cleared up.

4. what else do i kneed to know.....
Use the new copper washers for the injector return ports as well. Not sure on the torque spec but it is NOT VERY MUCH. Look it up and use an in/lbs torque wrench if you don't have a good feel for such things.

any help would help i would like to get them in tomarrow
Have fun!
