What are the real horse power numbers that it is suppose to have when you send them in for the upgrade? My friend has an 05 and we are going to send it in to upgrade.

 

180 hp for level 5

settings for my 05 are 40, 60, 80, 125, 180

The dyno numbers on my 04.5 were within 5-6hp from what is advertised with supporting mods for the HOT upgrade.

 

How do you know if you have the hot unlock code? Is level 5 just wild, or do you have lvl 6? (bought mine used, and edge has been ignoring my e-mails...)

 

Each level is slightly stronger than the last, up until level 4 and then 5 should be mucho stronger and mucho smokier than 4, at least on mine anyway. Make sense?

 

on the module itself it will say "hot juice" or juice....go look! I'd be willing to bet money yours is the regular juice madhat.

 

I think you're right, at least on the cardboard box it said "HOT".

 

My Hot Juice has Level 6 which is the HOT setting.

 

2006 edge juice's are different. for the hot mode, you call Edge, they give you a password and you unlock level 6. With 03-05's, you have to send you module in to be reprogrammed.

The part number says hotXXXXXXX what ever on it. It's pretty bad... tranny can't take it on 4 or 5... Just wondering. I'm happy with the performance.
