just installed my holley,seems real noisy and gets real hot fast,is this normal or is it gonna die soon?thanx

 

Holley blues are noisy. Is it going to die soon?? Can't say, but as I've mentioned in other posts, for the amount of people I see at the race track walking around the pits looking for a spare pump or holley blue parts I would never have one on my truck.

 

I can't even hear mine whether the trucks on or not. Something ain't right. I've had mine on for over a year now and it's still running great. It's been the longest lasting pump to date on mine.

 

They do get hot fast, and I've had ok luck with them. They last me about 50K. I just pack a spare, ans it takes me about 5min to change on the side of the hiway.
