I've never even heard of an ehxaust back pressure gauge, I can't imagine it's something that changes much as your driving does it Mark?

If I was to pick 2 more gauges (besides the pyro, boost and fuel pressure I already have) I'd add oil pressure and rail pressue gauges, maybe column mounted, but wouldn't that block my odometer?

Well, I've got a manual transmission, and here's what I decided to run:

EGT and Boost on the TST
Dipricol EGT
Dipricol 0 - 60 boost
Dipricol 0 - 30 fuel pressure
Dipricol rail pressure
Dipricol oil pressure (used 100 psi fuel pressure)
Dipricol oil temperature (used 270° sweep trans temp)
Dipricol back pressure or drive pressure (used 0 - 100 psi boost)
Dipricol front diff temp (used 270° sweep trans temp)
Dipricol trans temp
Dipricol rear diff temp (used 270° sweep trans temp)
Digital volt meter on the Beltronics radar detector
Gear splitter temperature on Zirgo controller
Dakota digital readout for right and left air bags, and air tank pressure

Just a short list for now, but sooner or later I'll get around to wiring the rest up!

You can check out mine in my pics. I like having the gauges there, a quick glance to see where everything is at. I just remember where the needles should be positioned, except for the boost. I can still see the stock gauges.

i have boost, egt, LP pressure, but mine are in a dash pod. I don't like the way the pillar pods look...i perfer the stock, unmodified, lowprofile look. One drawback to the dashpods is windshield glare at night, but with proper placement and a dimmer it works just fine. I also installed a power switch next to the dimmer on the pod so i can turn the gauges on and off.... plus i didn't have to tap any factory wiring.

the back pressure gauge is not a must..it's more for turbo tuning....
