Yeah, the shape of it appears to be awkward. I usually drive with my steering wheel as low as it will go, so mounting mine in that spot is probably the way I will go. I was thinking of putting it down under the head/parking light switch on the left but the steering wheel and control stalk are in the way. I wouldn't be surprised if that is the only negative feedback it gets. Maybe a redesign is in order, or some other way of mounting it. I might end up making a custom mount for it somewhere.

im not knocking quad love my commander but check the fuel presure with a manual gauge to make sure its right they had some problems in the spring with sending units. i think they fixed it but still have not received mine yet. thanks matt
