Dyno #'s before twins very un happy

ya like 398hp/859ftlbs Smarty on catcher 5 wild............... last run with Edge hot was 434hp.. ***
I dunno how all you boys are gettin in the high 5's or 6's, I can't even break 450.

Running on BD's mustang duno. I would have hoped for more but no go.

Anyone have some idea's, truck will have twins in it mid week and will dyno again.
Since I have the Edge Hot should I stack with Smarty and take out the timing?

Where is your TST? ;-)

Actually...sounds like dyno error maybe.

Why did you use SW5? Try 9 if that is all your doing with the sticks.

What was your rail pressure?

IS your Modded CP3 from II?

Well I figured I would move in moderation.

No I do not have a TST, looks like the top end on 5 is not all the healthy.

Floor it stage 2

This is similar to Bean's numbers. 05 motor with similar upgrades as your's and low 4's on the dyno. Not sure what the deal is. You can see my numbers in my sig.

Edit: here's bean's info 05 CR- Floor It Stage 2+ CP3, Smarty Beta 4, MP8, Helix 2, Springs, head work, Custom 76mm turbo and he dyno'd 448/700. Not sure why you guys arent makin more.

Sounds about like me. I can't break 500hp no matter what I do. But the truck runs so good on the street and the track times prove it's got more than 450hp. The 14.6 in my sig is with a 0 boost launch with tools, sound system, front and rear replacement bumpers, and 35's.

I don't know...... however I will know mid week when they run again with the twins. They figure with my set-up I should be mid 500.
Why do they figure that?? Adding twins equals how much HP??? Sounds to me like I do not have enough fuel.

I'm thinking you need to turn the smarty on 9 and go from there.

Twins wont help at all if your already lacking fuel, you need that problem fixed first. IMHO the only good dyno is a 1/4 mile track

you should definately be OVER 500 with the mods in your sig.

I think a dyno is better than a 1/4 mile, because in the 1/4 mile, there are so many variables, and on the dyno rollers, you can go back to back with very few variables.
