Question SMOKE Switch WITH EZ AND BOOST FOOLER

Does Anybody Know How The Boost Fooler With Edge Ez Should Be Hooked Up For The Smoke Switch?, Do You Hook Up The Switch To The Boost Fooler Or The Edge Ez?, And Which One Goes To The Map Sensor First The Edge Ez Or Boost Fooler? help Please!!!

I was told to plug the BF in first. If it acts strange, just flip it around. It shouldn't hurt nothing.

Why do you need the boost fooler with the EZ? It's got built in fooling capabilities according to the boost readings I got with it versus stock when I had mine installed. If both are fooling, you could possible get an overboost code.

I Dont Know Why But It Keeps Throwing A Boost Code Everytime I Turn The Switch On With Just The Ez. Thats Why I Wanted To Know How U Hook Them Up Together, Because I Didnt Think That The Ez Does Boost Fooling? Does Anybody Know For Sure?

I'm positive the EZ has boost fooling built in. Are you leaving the switch on for a long time? I know if you leave it on for a while it will eventually throw a code.

As for the hookup, I think you are supposed to hook up the fooler and then the pressure box. The smoke switch needs to be tapped to the wires on the EZ in order to work correctly. At least that's how it is on Quadzilla's boxes. I would think it is the same for the EZ too.

Unless there have been drastic changes, the EZ does NOT boost fool. The Juice does but not the EZ.

From what ive always seen from my ez it does little or no B.Fooling. On my truck with just the ez- the addition of the quad b.f. makes a lot of differance. 10-12 lbs boost and pulls lots harder.

But no matter what if it didnt somehow or somewhat alter the map signal it wouldnt hook up to the map sensor. For what its worth the day i ordered my B.F. over a year ago i called edge and asked them that question so as to know wether the quad unit would help me or not. The tech i spoke with said no the ez is our only product that doesnt though?

Hmmm that's weird. When I had an EZ, I had some boost issues with it (low boost with it hooked up) and when I called, one of the guys in tech support told me that I should be seeing boost in the upper 30 psi range. Thus, I figured it was boost fooling. Maybe it's an '06 thing? Not really sure. Then again, I could have been told a story.
