I am going to start using a Diablosport Predator on my 04 Cummins. I have a Quad Boost Fooler and a Boost elbow I have never installed. Should I go ahead and use them too? I understand that they can help drop EGTs a little.

Yes, install both. I don't think the Predator does boost fooling.

Thanks. Should I install Boost fooler and elbow first, adjust setscrew to get about 32# max boost, then program it with Predator?

Should install the fooler first before installing the elbow or the Predator if you're going to drive the truck between the mod's. Might set a overboost code if you don't.

I know the tuners are different but I have my elbow closed off and I run the Bully Dog on Extreme with great results. I still pull down 20-21 mpg at 68mph and I have never gotten a code..
Id try it and see if your truck combo likes it.
