From the DTR shop and the Quadzilla website:

"On 2003-2004 5.9L Cummins you will need to physically modify your wastegate to gain more turbo boost. Doing this without the Boost Fooler will result in check engine lights and codes set into the computer. Stock 03-04 trucks should generate 23-24psi of boost pressure stock. With the Boost Fooler you will be able to run 35+ psi of boost dependent on your fueling enhancements."

I'm sure that it doesnt come with the boost elbow but I might be wrong!!

 

what boost is safe? I can nail mine getting on the highway and my attitude will chirp at me at 40psi. Just running stock exhaust with intake kit and juice w/attitude.

 

The boost fooler does not come with a boost elbow. The boost fooler is simply electronics.

Also the bosot fooler does not do anything at lower boost levels, it only fools boost when needed to keep the wastegate closed. It should make no difference in performance until you are near your trucks factory boost limit.
