Dave, what PSI do you recommend the BD Towing Twins' secondary to be wastegated at?

Without ARP head studs 45PSI

With ARP head studs installed correctly 60-65PSI, there are variable here so obviously an accurate pyro gauge for added insurance is important!

Compromise

The stock setup Dodge and Cummins came up with is great for the majority of comsumers, ie >50%, otherwise the vehicle would be setup differently. You need to decide what exactly you want. I did not go drastic as I drive my vehicle primary as a daily commuter but wanted the extra umph when towing. I gave up a bit of streetability for better towing potential. I running a 62/12 which gives me what I want. Doesn't spool as quick as stock but gives me more boost than stock sacraficing a little streetabilty but I can easily adjust my driving with the manual transmission. Think of it as line between a maximum performance and an econo box. Where position do you fall on that line. If you are realistic in what you want to achieve, the reputable aftermarket suppliers will steer you in the proper direction. You can't want to make 1000 ft-lbs of torque and have the street manners of stock in the same package, you have to compromise! Good luck in your search.

Hey there dogger, good common sense post. My truck, however, did put down 900 ft-lbs torque couple weeks ago on a Mustang dyno and it drives like stock, except for the SB clutch. I'm jealous, I would love to have a
Gear Vendor O/D. I've heard you don't get much mpg gain, but I want one anyway for the driveability on interstate. Did you get any mpg gain?
