Quadzilla XZT, maybe +2, STG 1 Injectors -1, BHAF +1, Straight pipe +2 (its so loud the people (police) stare if you push on it so it encourages a light foot, for me anyways) Ranchahand bumper -1, flatbed -2, 35" tires +1 HWY -3 town.

The best MPG my 05 got was with BHAF, Quad XTZ on #2, straight pipe, stock tires and bumpers, 22 down the HWY consistently at 65-68 MPG or 17 in town.
I now get about 18 HWY or 13 in town. about like stock...

I used to run additive of 8oz TCW3 and 8oz D PS cetane boost per tank, may have gave me 1MPG and did give me a quieter idle
I now run Standyne every 3rd tank, no MPG or sound diffrences, just insurance for my fuel system.

I travel across the U.S. and run my smarty on catcher 3 with the 4.4 beta... I run a average of 70 mph at 2200 rpm at about 14,000 on the rail and im getting a hand calculated 23.5 mpg. I keep my boost down below 10 as much as possible.....

The Front Seat Mod is the mod to keep your legs from going numb during drives more than 20 minutes long. It doesn't get you any extra room.
Sorry

Juice W/Attitude was around 17-18 MPG

Diablo Predator 17-18 MPG

Juice W/Attitude stacked with Quad X2 18-19

Smarty TNT 19-21 MPG

Smarty TNT stacked with Quad X2 22 MPG.

These are all at an altitude of 4300 average in southern NM and hand calculated. I know every truck is different, but I hope this helps.

I've seen similar mileage with some of the same power adders.
