Super B on stock engine??
Super B on stock engine??
Is it possible to put an super B or Super B special on an stock engine with:
Six-gun + speed loader
other intercooler(is Banks an good option??)
other intake(is Banks an good option??) I have an K&N drop in filter!
Is it necessary to have other injectors? or can stock injectors work fine?
What is an good torque converter?
Are there other thinks that need to change?

First, what year do you have? If it is 04.5 and up, the stock turbo is not far removed from the super b in performance and not worth the money IMO. The super B special is a different story if that is the direction you want to go, that is a good upgrade.
It is not necessary to upgrade injectors unless you want that much more power.
Six-gun is a quality unit, but not necessarily worth the price... there are a number of better options out there. The intercooler will not give you anything really over stock CAC with your power level, so put the money elsewhere.
An intake can help a little on the lower end, but there are better options than the Banks.
I am partial to Goerends triple disc torque converter... it also comes with a lifetime warranty.
Before going up too much in power (100hp over stock and up) address your tranny.

I have an 05 ram.
I've heard injectors are pretty expensive so that will be done later on.
The six-Gun is allready on my truck since the truck left Canada.
I know smarty's are better but I'm from Holland and I think there is not enough knowledge here to take the six gun out of the truck.
With smarty's you need gauges. What gauges do you all mean?
I've heard that the stock intercooler is not strong enough?

Check your intercooler to make sure it doesn't have the plastic end caps. If it does you will need to change that whether you go with the Super B or the Special. If you don't tow with your truck then the Special would be a good option for you. The Special has to be worked pretty hard to keep it up on boost, that is why it doesn't make a great towing turbo.
Now the Super B will work with very well with what you have and if you decide that you want to go with more power down the road the Super B can be upgraded into our Twin turbo kit.

super b worked great for me, lowered my egt's about 150 deg, spools lightning fast, and helped me in the quarter mile by 2 or 3 tenth's. the special isnt as good as a daily.but one does have to know what are you using the truck for.

The dream always was to have twin.
I'm using the truck as daily.
The county here is very flat, (the highest mountain is 900 feet high).
I tow somewhere round 3000/3500miles a year but not more then 2750kilo. That's round 5500lbs.
Maybe it's wiser first get an
-torque converter
-Intake
-maybe an intercooler(what do you mean with plastic end cabs? if you mean the part where the hoses are attached to these are plastic)
-Maybe try to take the Six-Gun of and buy an other tuner.
-other injecters
Everythink also ready to use with twins.
And then later on maybe buying a set of twins.(next year or even later)
Is that an better option?
Witch gauges do you think are really necessary?
What are good torque converters/Intakes/intercoolers/tuners/injectors?
Where can I buy parts?

oh boy what a list.programmer's the smarty is the most popular and has the most power. if your not interested in drag racing, and sled pulling stay in the lower level's, or look at edge juice.intercooler's either BD, or spearco.stay away from banks.gauges i like dipricol's.injector's DDP's.exhaust MBRP.that will keep you busy for a while.
Ok take it from me since I have ran all of BD's turbos. I started with the BD super b and their x-tuner and it was a very great set up. Super quick spool up and great power. Cooled better than the stocker and pulled very well with great every day drivability. Then to the super b special and holy crap a super top end performer but laggy down low and a horrible towing turbo but if you did tow and its not too heavy once it was going it went well. Did get a tad hot but only when towing. Then to the tow twins and it was awsome. Great all around. Out grew them and went to the R-700 and HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY. Great for tow, race, play and drive. So I say go with the super b because of its ability to upgrade to the twins, its fast spool, good towing and lower egts. I say this because the more you get into the diesel thing the more power one wants so if you up the HP later you can up to the twins from the super b. If you want a good super daddy single with a tad lag but incredible mid and top end and can live with the laggy low rpm towing and mild egts go super b special. If you don't want the smarty by other choice would be the x-tuner from BD. Makes the power they claim, trust me I dynoed it and its the hp they claim and runs clean. Good luck and stay BD.
Too answer your question on "Which Guages"....I prefer DiProcol or Isspro...in the a pilliar 3 guage mount....
Search on Diesel Manor ....they have good prices for 3 guage kits with all the stuff you need.
Get as soon as you have a programmer:
EGT Guage - so you can ensure you're not melting your motor with the programmer set too high
Boost Guage - So you can read all that boost your getting from the turbo(s)
Trans Temp Guage for the Auto (esp if you tow a lot or if live in a hot area)
Can wait until you've got the other go fast goodies
Rail Pressure - so you know how hard your programmer is on your injectors...at what level....and to ensure you're maintaining good pressure to the motor
Fuel Pressure - so you can tell when your fuel filter is clogged, and to ensure you have enough to support the rail ...e.g. doesnt drop to 0 when you punch it...
