Should (could) I use a boost fooler with the six gun? Im not sure if banks has boost fooling capabilities on board, nor do I know if it would be safe for it, but I want more boost without upgrading turbos for now. Suggestions?

 

Anyone? I want to put it on today, but I just want to be sure I'm not screwing up.

 

Well, I can tell you it is not going to hurt anything. I just do not know how much benefit you will be seeing.

I see you have a new wastegate actuator. You may have to adjust on this or completely block off the vacuum side to see more boost?

I am assuming you have a boost gauge already? This way you can sort of monitor the change if any.

Lastly, I would install the Banks MAP sensor first and then the fooler so that the ECM is actually getting fooled and not the 6 gun.

Let us know how it works for you. I always preached it to be for downloaders but, we have had a lot of people running them on the Juice and they say it helps a lot?? Maybe we will be able to add Banks to that list?

I'll give that a try. I just wanted to be sure that it wouldnt hurt anything. I'll post the results later
