i think they are $70 or so new, not sure what used is worth.

i think they look messy without them, you can see all the dirty stuff on front end, on the trucks i have seen.

Yeah....that dirty stuff like dual stabilizer and skidplate...powder coated goodies and painted axle. If I had a street truck I'd put a SRT-10 front on it but I only have 4x4's and those things tend to get caught on stuff. Looks fine....nobody with an aftermarket bumper worries about it...It's on there for a reason...I'm sure mileage wise it does make a tiny bit of difference if you drive over 55mph. Our trucks are surprisingly aerodynamic with the steeply raked windshield....with the Tow Mirrors extended I swear I lose at least 1MPG. KS

Any ill effects with rocks or debris kicking up and hitting some of the coolant lines down there? I thought of removing mine but looks like somethings might be a little more exposed.

man,, my bottom plastic piece had cracks where the two front middle bolts tighten it up. Had to remove the damned thing last night. Truck is an 05,, may leave it off. Further are there any covers for the bottom of the sandwich of coolers under there?
