i got a buddy with a 04 auto, he wants to know if a 6.7's auto will bolt up and work good

 

As I understand, it will not bolt directly up and it requires allot of electronics for it to work. That being said, anything is possible with enough work and cash. A 5.9 with that tranny would be awesome and if you could integrate the vgt with engine brake would be even better.

 

A 5.9 / 6sp auto combo...

Id sell my first born for that (not really but how bout the wife?).

I like my 6.7, but lets face the facts, 5.9 is a lot more performance friendly for less money.
