i think its pretty interesting that one person is getting the code from the valve opening and hitting the soundproofing under the hood. If mine ever throws that the 245a ill definitely check into that

 

I can't seem to post pics on this site I could show the dent in the material.

 

The only indent i see in the under hood material on my rig is from the throttle cable. Looking at the engine bay from the front it's on the left hand side. If you have problems posting the picture, send it to me via email.

My 245a just came back at 7800 miles. The MPG dropped from 21 on the overhead @ 63 mph on flat hwy to 13.5. This is the second time. I guess I need the latest update...my last one was 6 weeks ago.
