You should just be able to take a punch and a hammer and tap the drive shaft flange towards the front of truck. A little rust might have it stuck. On the torx bolt you have to have a long shanked torx socket, once you have the TC end off you push the drive shaft up to the body as high as you can then remove bolts. Remember to mark the drive flanges on the drive line and on the TC and the front diff before you remove it.

bngcustoms is right on, as that was how I got mine off. Used a block of wood to wedge the shaft up so I could get a straight shot at the torx heads at the diff.
I found out the hard way that the torx head bolts are assembled at the factory with red loctite. Stripped the head on one before I clued in. Get a small butane torch and heat the bolts , being careful not to let the heat get to the yoke seal, did one at a time to limit the heat.

The joints I used at the double were two precision 351, the joint at the front is precision 351A.

i replaced my torxs with the same grade bolt i think it nwas 10.8(i know its black) it was the same length and it had a hex head. I used lock tight and a lock washer to keep the head out of the recess, i got them a a local hardware(small town store)
