xtremediesel.com has a 62 gallon that replaces your stock tank.

FWIW - I installed the 56 gal Transfer Flow oem replacement tank (does not take up space in the bed of the truck). The tank fit well, the parts we needed to use from the oem tank fit well and over all the install was straight forward. However, when it gets low it is very expensive to fill up! The extra capacity has come in handy a time or two now that we are required to run the ultra low sulfer diesel.

Note I first talked to Aero Tanks as they had a 62 gal oem replacement. At that time their tanks did not work with the larger diameter aluminium drive shaft that my truck has.

I dont mind the aux in bed taking up space. This is a work truck where nothing is allowed to be in the back per DOT except fuel cells. As for underneath, i think its a waste of money to spend 800 bucks for an extra 15-20 gallons of fuel when I can spend 800 bucks for an additional 70 if ya get my point.

Ouch, my express ufs tank is on back order for 2-3 weeks and costs 250 bucks for shipping from cali to florida. I dont like anything from northern tool cause all they are is just tanks. I want something that includes everthing. So, for my express, its gonna be around 1100 shipped. Any other idears before i blow a wad!!!!!!!!

I got my 50 gallon aluminum tank and brackets off of a reefer trailer from a salvage yard for $100,and a 100 gallon aluminum from a kw for $100 also.just spin the brackets upside down and bolt to floor.i think theres a pic in my gallery of the 50 gal.also the reefer tank has fuel gauge.

Dont know how your truck is but mounted my pump on a crossmember that hangs 8 inches below engine/tranny.
BTW i notice no difference yet cause my dually doesnt sag, even with 20k on a gooseneck. FORDS SAG. haha. Only time I mess with my controller is when on bumpy roads. I think it might make it better/firmer ride on the roads that bounce perfectly every 3/4 sec, so i fill her up. On the easy roads, i let pressure out for better ride. It might all be in my head though. lol. But either way, i never gain any height cause simply my truck doesnt sag yet. Maybe 1 day my leafs will give in a little bit and then i could get usage out of my 500 bucks. lol

Don't know what region you're running in, but on my 04.5 I had the compressor mounted under the bed on the frame rail and within 1 winter season, with all the salt & brine used on the roads where I run, all the electrical connections were corroded. The connections were sealed but the corrosion still happened. On my 07.5, I put the compressor in the bed alongside the 98 gal. TransferFlow aux. tank. Much better setup for me. I too, don't mind using the bed space as I don't usually haul anything in there anyway.
As far as the aux. tank, swapped mine out of the 04.5 & into the 07.5. It's just over 3 years old and only 1 problem - had to replace the pump. You'll love the convenience of the aux. tank & TransferFlow is a sweet setup, especially with the Trax II monitor.
