Our 2005 5.9 turbo has developed a little higher whine than normal. Took the cac pipe off and spun the turbo blades and they were semi tight to half way free. One side had a little high spot but freed up and after a few turns it loosend up a bit. Started the engine and the blades were still and then slowly started to spin until a full even spin. Check after turning off and still was not a true free spin. There is no loss of power, no oil leaks or smoke. Any ideas? Repairs?
