Chipmunk noise when letting up on clutch/squealing noise when cold
I have a SBC Fe clutch with 106k miles on it (original hydros). In the last 1500 miles, it's started to make what sounds like a chipmunk sounding squeak under truck when I let up on the pedal after shifting. If I have to feather the clutch to back up or something that, it will make a sqealing noise (kinda high pitched).
My gut is telling me that the throwout bearing is starting to die. Which mean that it's probably about time to replace the clutch.
I hardly tow much (single car trailer here and there and 2 jetskis). What I do know is that the engagement of this Fe clutch is just about on my last nerve. So hence....any sugestions? Truck runs a TST Twins program on levels 5/4 and a MP-8 at about 50% daily with the Ii 61/14 turbo as far as power/hp levels.

Well its more like a sqeal now than the churping. Just gonna go get a basic clutch kit and then drive it to see if the fuel in oil issue is due to the boxes or its and actual injector issue.
Real close on pulling the trigger on a new one if the injectors are no bueno.

Well I ended up ordering a SBC Dual Friction Dual Disc with the new hydraulics. Should be here Friday. Haven't driven it in almost a month more than a mile and having diesel withdrawals lol.
