09s are supposed to have a facelift and some other cosmetic changes; and by then the 6.7 should have all their kinks worked out. I'm already seeing that the 6.7 has alot of potential once you get around the dpf/emissions.

[QUOTE=hovisimo;1723354]Drove an '07 tonight. Power is unreal. Unless the numbers don't work out I'll probably "jump ship"

I'd love to have your bumper and hood.

well...

went to the fab shop and had the overdrive housing welded. it barely leaks at all, but I had to add 5 quarts of fluid and it smelled like burning brakes, so if the internals weren't burned up before, they are now. I have 1st and overdrive, enough to get me to the dealer.

I had a 04 2500. I traded it off for a 02 2500 as I wanted better gas mileage and a quick pay off. Drove it for a couple of years and decided to trade it off on a 06 3500. The difference to me is huge.

My dealer told me some of the 07s were having problems. He said people were trading them in for 06s. That there was some problem with the motor getting fouled up when driven on short trips, but did fine on long drives. He said to stick with the 5.9. Then again who knows. Very reputable dealer though.
