Is their a difference in an auto vs manual T-Case?
Just like the title says...

Will a T-case out of an 04 auto truck work in my manual truck?

Seems to me the splines are different?

But I could be mistaken.

Input would be great!

A knowledgeable counterman at the Dodge dealer's parts department should be able to tell you......Ben

Auto case has 23 spline input, Manual has a 29 spline.

No need for a counterman, besides, where are you going to find one today?

Been 15 years since I saw a good one!

Thanks Patdaly, I was pretty sure that was the case as well.


I guess it aint gonna work.

A guy on Kijiji had a used case for a decent price that I was hoping would work for me.

I don't think it is that big of a deal to change out the input, unless yours is trashed.
