Signs of a lift pump going bad?
Truck runs great at idle or normal driving, except when I really step on the throttle. It then bogs down like it has ran out of gas, but will go back to normal when I let off.
Truck has about 120k on all original parts.
Any ideas?

The 03's had the side engine mounted lift pump. I'd say your pretty lucky to get 120,000 out of the original especially with the Edge Juice.

My FCA symptoms were all at idle. Small stumbles and puffs of smoke every few seconds. Ran fine towing and daily driving.
Fuel Pressure gauge would help troubleshoot the LP.

Same here, but looking back after the fact, the day before it went out the truck had a bit of a miss when going up hill- had to push the pedal down a little more than normal. Very distinct- never happened before or since. Should'a been my sign I guess.
