i know some of you on here have remote starts on your truck.. my question is, what about the squiggly line??? how do you get the remote start to hold in the on position till the line goes away? AND is it ok for diesels to idle in park for 10-15 to let the air cool down or heat up in the cab?

I really want to get one of these but will not do it if it hurts the truck.

i dont have one. i want to pick one up. i think i am just going to get it from dodge and have them put it in..

 

I have had one on order since November. The only thing that I can find out is there is a problem with it not working correctly in our trucks (diesel)

I have had one in my truck for over one year now with no problems the unit I have comes with a 5-10-15-20 second delay I have it set 4 20sec delay 4 winters here in chicago

 

I have the Valet remote starter. Works perfect and is well-supported by the shop that installs them.
