does anyone know how much lift pump pressure supposed to have at idle or 55 mph stock 2003 dodge cummins little over 200,000 been having problem for while just dies and cuts out when i push clutch in to stop or slow down

 

my 2003 has a fass pump in it and it has a fuel pressure guage hook up to it and I read between 17 and 19 lbs
