The oil in them is a 30 wt synthetic so I would be leary of that. JMO

No, not the correct weight. you need a 5w-30 syncromesh.

Amsoil and Penzoil have 5w-30 syncromesh and the factory Mopar brand.I don't know if any of these are available your way

I've tried the oem stuff, Ams MTF, and Royal Purple and my nv5600 like the RP the best. It seems like the RP additives hold up better. The other brands will shift good for a few K miles and then degrade but not every trans acts the same. Craig

I also use royal synchromax. Get 6 qt's of whatever kind you get. The 5600's like the extra oil.

I just dumped the original stuff and put the RP syncromax stuff in and hate it!
It sucks once the temps get below 35, once it warms up it seems ok but it doesn't like to shift when cold in mine.
