What is the code number? I don't think PO237 is one of the common CEL codes with the 2006. You might want to remove the box, set the code and take it to the dealer.

The low boost on my 05 is po299. It seems to only happen when i get the truck some fuel when it isn't totally warmed up yet with the TST on.

Have you checked your MAP sensor? It may be dirty, damaged, etc. Also check your turbo boots to the aftercooler,& make sure they are all tight,& have no holes in them. How is your air filter?Otherwise I agree with the last post.Remove the box,& bring it in.May be a glitch.

check the connector at the turbo also. there is a flat black connector behind the oil filter. the map is on top of the intake manifold.
