lift pump?

Had my fuel filter changed. Know I hear the pump that is in front of the coolant resevoir humm and doesnt stop. Bowl is not filling with fuel. The trouble code it is giving me is "low voltage detected at the fuel lift relay" Can anyone please tell me what I can do to resolve these problems.

The LP on your truck is right behind the filter, if it is still stock. If the LP has gone out before it may have been upgraded under warranty to the in tank LP. That pump you hear running is your vaccum pump in front of the coolant resivor. Check the vaccum line going to the cruise control dashpot and make sure you don't have a hole rubbed into the plastic line. It does sound like you have a bad LP.

Had same thing happen, had to replace lp with an in the tank pump, just out of waranty, cost 350$. I used a motorcycle lift to lower tank, went well, pretty easy, on my 04 the wire connection for the one wire was behind wheel well liner, down by rocker panel
