Can you get the high idle enabled on a 05 2500 auto?

Just had my dealer do this on my '05 Auto 2WD. Call ahead, make an appointment and be sure that the service desk talks with the diesel tech. The local diesel tech was not familiar with the procedure until after I called. I do live in Central Florida so it was no suprise that he was not familiar. By the time I arrived he was up to speed and had it done in minutes. While I was there (less than 1 hour total) they also put the new design door seals on my truck.

new design door seals?? i knew the 06's had improved new design door seals, is there a tsb or a recall for this? or did you pay for the new seals. dodge was claiming that 60% less noise on the new 06 rams because of these seals.

 

Just take it in and the dealer will replace it under warranty if they are ripping. What year truck do you have? Fill in your sig so we can help out better

 

Get a Bully Dog downloader. You can enable high idle. Disable the horn chirp when you lock your doors. Change the way your doors auto-lock. Change the timer setings for the headlights, and several other features.

Oh yea....almost forgot.......you can do crazy burnouts in a 7300 lb dually

 

oh the ripping issue. I havn't had any problems yet, im only @ 18500 km though.
