I have a 2006 Dodge dually with 6.7 cummings turbo. The other day leaving work got on road it started blowing white smoke out the exhaust pipe it got so bad i couldn't see behind me than the oil pressure went to 0 and died. Thought i had blown the motor. But it started again but the motor compartment was full of oil. Pulled back to where i work pulled out the breather filter in valve cover pulled dipstick and oil fill cap than started truck and after a couple of minutes the oil started coming out filler tube and dipstick and white smoke started blowing out again. What does anybody think it is ?

 

Welcome to DTR. If you do a search for similar issues you will find posts with similar issue. Try this post. Doesn't sound good though, maybe rings, maybe more depending on how long the engine ran with 0 psi on the oil pressure gauge. Good luck to you.
