When it cranks it runs fine. but when i shut it off wate a min it turns over longer than it should to crank. This is after driving the truck all day or 5 min. Iv got supply press to the pump took chip and programer off still makes no diff.

Probably only one or two injectors that are bad. Do a return flow test on them and find the bad one if you have the tools. How many miles on the injectors?
Need 5K psi to crank.

def. an injector or two. mine did and is currently doing the same thing. Is your truck making oil?? I have 5 friends that have had same issue, all with programers, very common prob. One of them has recieved 2 bad replacement injectors right out of the box so be careful. The tool that you use to isolate a single injector is simply a fuel line nut that is capped off, if you have old fule lines you can make one yourself. The truck wont start (most likley) because fuel is bleeding off during cranking and not building enought pressure for the rail pressure sensor to let the engine fire. Just remove one injector line at a time and cap of the rail where the line was and crank if truck starts you found the culprit.
