Adjusting valves - What else should I do?

I have some down time and the truck has 110,000 on it completely untouched.

I want to adjust the valve lash. Should I be putting in new HP head bolts?

I will change the coolant. Maybe the batteries because these are 4 years old and winters are tough here in Wisconsin.

Adjust the Valves, Change Coolant and Thermostat.
No to the Head bolts, No need, unless you just want to say you have them.
Have the Batteries Load tested and go from there..
