AC Leak

AC Leak

Is there a favorite place that that I could look too see were 134 is leaking.

Compressor seal, evaporator, condenser or hoses. Have AC dye injected into system and have it checked when it stops cooling or in a week. Depends on how big a leak you have. Black lite and UV glasses are needed, if evaporator is leaking dash needs to come out to replace.

I would check all the air line coupling nuts since I found a loose one to the evap canister once. I got off easy that time.

Another basic test is to short out the pressure switch on the evap canister to get the compressor turned on. But these are checks I would make on my older trucks and Im not sure if they carry over.
