06 automatics

i have seen ads for 06 dodges saying 5 speed automatics and 4 speed automatics. are they offering a 5 speed auto or is just diffrences in the way they are being described ?

5 speed auto's are only in the 1/2 ton trucks, all 3/4 & 1 ton trucks with automatics are 4 speeds.

5 speeds are offered with the Hemi in the 3/4 and 1 ton trucks. If you get the Cummins you have a choice of a 6 speed manual or a 4 speed automatic.(48RE)

Thanks. really prefer a6 speed manual but have a chance to get hold of an automatic at a good price
