automatics and exhaust brakes

ok - since I can't get people to answer within diff. threads - thought I would ask it out right.. what are people doing for exhaust brakes and automatics... just wondering...

I guess the real question should have been - do they use exhaust type brakes on autos ??? Hate to aks a stupid question but diesels are new to me...
