Concrete stakes, 4x4's, jack up and rest frame on secure cribbing, alignment bars etc.

You just need to move the body and frame to the axle to get it in.

Mine didn't move at all when I pulled it, guess the springs and stuff are pretty straight. The drivers side tire on my truck is 1/2" farther out than passenger, but everything centers up well so I leave it alone. I can live with a quarter inch out!!

Curious on why you guys haven't upgraded to the 3rd gen track bar. I did that five years ago with a DSS kit. Mine still good and I've put on about 125000miles.

I run on both my truck the steering gear box stablizer. Sure fixed up the front end wiggles.

Luke's link is $75 and it should last me for the entire life of the truck. I don't do heavy 4 wheeling.

Because the Luke's are way cheaper and seem to last a long time. I have over 200k on mine and have only had to adjust it once.

My truck was one that would accept the 2nd gen Thuren bar without modification so I went with it. I have heard the third gen set up is much better!

Likes links are a great short term fix but not a lifetime solution. They leave the ball exposed to the road grime as the sealing washer doesn't. The poly spring replacement compresses with age and needs to be replaced in time, but the company did send a rebuild kit for the asking.
The big issue is it replaces the worn or broken steel spring but can't do anything about the ball and socket wearing. The ball fell out of mine after rebuilding the LL. A better design track bar is the answer. As to tie rods, replace them or upgrade to s custom rod setup for long term life.
Since 96 my ram is on its second replacment tie rods. 3 sets total since it came off the line after all these years plowing New England snow.
