my 95 had a flat bed and when I put the bed back on I know the actually bolting down of the bed was not bad I ordered dealer bolts because all were missing and they had a blue locktite substance on them my wife helped me move the 8 ft. bed over to the truck set it up on the frame and I took it from there so bed was easy to work with but I didn't have to remove any existing bed bolts which could be pain maybe??
