Replaced what?
With 97,xxx miles on my 99' I have replaced the following:

Oil pressure sensor
Crankshaft sensor
Lift Pump
NEEDED new clutch

I guess I have been lucky with the amount of hauling I do that this is all that I have had to get replaced on my truck.

If we count brake pads then I am on my third set on the front
Re:Replaced what?
I feel lucky now - 122K miles and the only thing I have had to touch is the trans. TC decomposed at 103K so new rebuild was in order (stock
). That is what got me started on the other site and this site.
Heck, I am still running the front tires I put on it when I bought it used with 68K miles - that's 54K miles on un-rotated front tires. Yes, they are going to need replacing before too long but they are still servicable and safe in the rain.
Forgot to add the not-quite-necessary-but-nice-to-have 4" exhaust and new shocks.

105K miles ... replaced:

1. One set of tires
2. Lift pump at approx. 65k (warranty)
3. TPS .. question if it was bad. Dealer did it while doing the lift pump change. I never had a tps related problem before it was exchanged.
4. One set of front brake pads at 83k.

Jerry
Re:Replaced what?
6000 miles, new tires (hated the stockers so I roasted em ;D)
22,000 miles, new front pads and rotors turned
23,000 miles, all the electronics in the tranny replaced (TC and all fine)
24,000 miles, lift pump replaced (now this one is dying with 1200 miles on it >
)

Other than that, just oil, filter, 2 fuel filters, exhaust, air filter, and various other odds and ins.

73k
And only rear brakes.

Well now I've got this clutch problem, but it's kinda my fault.
Who would have thought the stocker was only good for 800flbs of torque. [undecided]

Re:Replaced what?
Replaced the VP44 injection pump at 4,000 miles.
Thats the only thing so far.
Plan on replacing the tires around 15k (bigger beefier)
Air Filter at same time, switching to BHAF.

Re:Replaced what?
Replaced what? is a pretty vague question! I haven't replaced anything that was actually broken, but I have replaced stuff! See signature of what else is going to be "replaced!"

Re:Replaced what?
With 203,000 miles I've replaced vac. pump under warranty, head gasket, ball joints, u-joints, clutch (too much power), and front brakes twice. The rest have been power upgrades.

Gene

At 73K (miles I bought it with):

Ball joints
Outer tie rods
Shocks(well, fronts on, rears in basement but soon)
Front pads & turned rotors
Air ****(missing)
Repaired cup holder
Air filter became BHAF

Needs headlight lenses swapped too; hazy.

Oh yeah, fuel plate seems weak. May have to replace.

Rob
